Refunds & Returns
We process all payments via Paypal (unless agreed prior to you placing your order). As such we will engage in the Paypal payment dispute process, we would ask that you complete our Returns Form first to allow us to quickly identify your order and resolve the issue. You, the customer, will be responsible for covering the cost of postage and packaging for returning the item(s) to us.
If your item(s) arrived damaged please contact us with 48 hours of receiving your item(s). If you contact us outwith this time we reserve the right to refund at a percentage less than 100% for the item(s).
We anticipate your order will be with you within seven days of you placing it, however there can be delays outwith our control. Our stated delivery is within 28 days of purchase, if your item(s) has not arrived within 28 days please contact us. We use the Royal Mail domestic service unless otherwise stated or agreed with you prior to shipping.
We have a number of different shipping zones to represent different parts of the world. We support members of Her Majesty's Armed Forces and have set up a shipping zone which includes the countries we are aware HM Forces are currently deployed in, this offers an automatic discount - if you are in HM Forces and the country you are in does not have 'BFPO' offered please contact us.
